At Body Balance we are guided by two major pillars: helping others achieve well-being and establishing a supportive community. And during these challenging times, we are more committed to these goals than ever.

To do that, we’ve been getting creative and adapting so that we can continue to offer health and fitness services, while also keeping a safe distance. And we’ve developed a whole menu of exciting options! 

A bit of silver lining here is that you can participate in all of our offerings wherever you are in the world! We miss seeing all of your wonderful smiles in person, but we’re excited to be able to connect with you, anywhere you might be.

Live 1-on-1 Virtual Personal Training Fitness Sessions, by Appointment

Body Balance personal trainers are bringing their services from the gym to your screen! Get the same live, personalized fitness training attention and instruction, now through your preferred video conferencing platform (for example, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype). We’ve been getting great feedback from clients about these sessions!

Continuing clients are able to maintain their regular fitness training. For new clients, receive an initial fitness assessment (30 to 45 min), 1-on-1 sessions, and our motivational accountability follow-up texts to help keep you on track.

We all know that exercise helps release stress, improve sleep, and keep us in wellness. We want to help you stay healthy in these uncertain times.

We work with what you have at home, or wherever you are, and create customized sessions to help you reach your fitness goals. Please contact us for pricing and to set up your sessions.

Customized Live 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Program, by Appointment

Body Balance is offering a “do it yourself” custom fitness program to help keep you on track. We provide workouts to fit with whatever environment or equipment you have access to, and you do those workouts on your schedule.

This fitness program includes an initial fitness assessment (30 to 45 min); a 60-min live training session to go over your program, via your chosen video conferencing platform; and weekly motivational follow-up texts to track your progress.

Monthly flat rate for your Customized Fitness Program with a Body Balance Personal Trainer: $150

Strength and Stability Class, Fridays*, 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PST

Join Body Balance trainer and certified Pilates teacher Michaela Lien in this live virtual group class. This is an all-levels class that focuses on building core strength and stability, as well as flexibility. It is a full-body workout exploring movement and focusing on proper, healthy form.  

These classes require no equipment, though you will need a place you can comfortably lie down on the floor; an exercise mat like a yoga mat is helpful. If you have a TheraBand or yoga strap, please have it on hand, and you will need a pillow. Drop-in classes are $25; please inquire about multiclass discounts. Contact Body Balance to sign up. 

*Classes will continue until the shelter-in-place restrictions are lifted.

Improve mobility and reduce stress with Olivia Haidle’s personalized stretching sessions.

Virtual Stretch Session, by Appointment

Massage therapist and certified personal trainer Olivia Haidle is offering 30-minute 1-on-1 stretching sessions. These sessions are tailored to meet your needs and help return your body to healthier movement patterns.

Olivia will share stretches and stretching techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Keep your body moving well and stretch away those common aches and stiffness. You can contact Olivia directly to book your session: 925-667-1398. Single 30-minute drop-in sessions: $25.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching lends itself perfectly to these social-distancing times: you can get coaching from the comfort of wherever you are! Please check out our regular nutrition coaching offerings, and book your appointment today!

Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach Cristina Moidel is also busy creating more nutritional classes for the virtual space; stay tuned!

Remote Meditation, Reiki Healing, Health Counseling

Healing practitioner, meditation teacher, and energy worker Casey Lee Kendall will facilitate your physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being through remote healing, health counseling, and meditation sessions. Casey has dedicated his life to studying, training, and practicing many healing modalities from dozens of traditions around the world. Specifically, Casey focuses on Reiki healing, Life Activation, Cord Cutting, Crystal Healing, and Aura Clearing.

Find greater clarity, health, and grounding through Casey’s powerful work. There are several options to choose from.
