Personal Training Now: Safety Outdoor Workouts

At Body Balance, we’re taking personal training outside!

Personal training one-on-one sessions are back at Body Balance! We’ve taken our fitness workouts outside to keep you safe during this time of social distancing.

During this time, we will also continue our virtual personal trainer sessions, but for those who prefer working out in person, from a distance, of course, we’d love to see you!

Your Safety Is Our Highest Priority

We always say at Body Balance that our passion is your wellbeing, and now more than ever, we’re doubling down on that. Your wellbeing means keeping you safe while providing the fitness and community opportunities you’ve come to rely on.

At Body Balance, our primary focus is on following all cleanliness and safety precautions. This is why we created our Health and Fitness Safety Standards.

These standards take into consideration all federal and local guidelines for safety and wellness. We welcome any questions about our practices.

Welcoming Back Our Community!

We’ve missed seeing all of your smiling faces and experiencing your positive energy in person. We’re so excited to be able to welcome you back! Our outdoor training has been a great success and loads of fun.

Each client works out in their own designated space, either in the shade under the veranda or, weather permitting, in the space out in front of Body Balance. We’ve marked off each personal training area to make social distancing easy.

All that in place, it’s time to have some fitness and movement fun!

We know that movement is a critical part of staying healthy, mentally and physically. This is especially true during times of stress, like now.

That’s why we’re doing everything possible to provide a safe workout environment at Body Balance, while also continuing to offer our virtual training for those who prefer to work out from home.
