Personal Training

One-on-one Training
Body Balance Fitness is dedicated to bringing you an individualized, safe, effective and innovative fitness program. Working in a private room, you and your personal trainer will engage in a variety of warm-up exercises, dynamic stretches, and a customized workout personalizing your goals.

Your individualized fitness training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. At Body Balance we will combine the principles of popular, cutting edge training programs using multi-planar & multi-joint, balance & coordination, core & functional exercises; incorporating the stability & ballast ball, Bosu & medicine balls, TRX, CorePole, dumbbells, jump rope and plyometrics to produce a higher level of effective exercise while having fun! Your individually planned workout will not only focus on the core muscles (abs, hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings and the lower and upper back), but your personal areas of interest.

Partner and group training is added to our ever-growing fitness programs as well, and we will utilize this to boost your health & fitness goals while having fun with others in doing so!

The key is that we work as a team – with energy and enthusiasm – committed to achieve results and improve all aspects of your total fitness.

Fitness Assessments and Individualized Program Prescription
Body Balance also offers comprehensive fitness assessments to aid in customizing your exercise program. These individualized results allow us to work together in understanding your strengths, areas of improvement and your goals.

The 90 minute assessment includes:
