In May 2014, I was introduced to Body Balance by wonderful friends, Eve and Tom West.Initially it was just a boot camp on Saturday mornings to build comradely with Tom and to get myself in
Here I am, almost four years later, working out at Body Balance. My experience over the past four years has forever changed me and put me on a path to a healthier life.
However, it was not until 2017 that things really started to change for me. In 2017, I modified my eating habits, adding a second day of working out each week along with running a couple of days a month. I went from 245 lbs to my current weight of 215 lbs today.
Additionally, I have made some great friends while training for the Rugged Maniac and the Spartan obstacle course races.
I’m grateful to John and Kristi for creating Body Balance and to all their amazing staff of trainers who know just how much to push you to get the most out of you.
To say I’m appreciative would be an understatement.
